This is the type of slip technique that I am going to try and emulate with my bowls. I keep finding the word “hakeme” with this style, so I’m assuming that is what it’s called. Seems to have originated in either Japan or Korea, but I can’t find specifics. I also really enjoy these simple bowls that are meant for the sole purpose of holding a liquid in a non complex way.
